Rhonda Hice has one very simple philosophy:

It’s a lesson Rhonda Hice learned as just a teenager, but it is something that she still carries with her until this very day. When she was just 16 years old, she helped her mother run their own business, a dress shop named “Rhonda’s,” ––named affectionately after her. She spent tireless hours working there and learned how important above-and-beyond service was to the success of a growing business that relied on repeat customers. Just as many small business owners have done along the Eastern Shore for decades, Rhonda and her mom would often stay open past closing hours, make special deliveries to panicked clients and devote extra time and care into each customer. The results? A thriving business with a reputation for quality and many satisfied customers.
