Rhonda is a True Professional Realtor in my opinion and I base that on having her as my realtor for the first property I bought in Baldwin County to selling that same property 17 years later. Not being a Real Estate “mogul” and being a bit naive to the industry as a whole, Rhonda made both of my buying and selling processes as comfortable as I can possibly imagine. I’ve heard horror stories in Real Estate purchases and with the amount of money involved in a home, decisions can get agonizingly tough, for me anyway. Rhonda’s experience, accessibility around my M-F work schedule, her regular updates, and ultimately her ability to relay all the important information in a way I could understand to make those decisions made it easy. Rhonda did an excellent job for us. We sold our house in Helena, Alabama very quickly and had not yet found a new home in the Daphne/ Fairhope area. Rhonda worked with us over the next week to find our new home in Fairhope. Then came the next challenge. We needed to close on the new house in just under 30 days, so that we could move out of our Helena house directly into our Fairhope house and not have to store our furniture. Rhonda worked closely with our mortgage and title companies to make this happen. Rhonda is very organized and works hard to meet the needs of her client. We would definitely use her again.
